Travel back to the Regency Era with a romantic high-society stay inspired by season 2 of your favourite TV series

Considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in the UK, Bath is oozing with culture and history. This has made the city the main filming location of the hugely popular TV series known for its high-society families, decadent dresses, powerful romances and glamorous lifestyles, which took the world by storm.

To celebrate the show’s return on the 25th March, and with 25% of travellers wanting to travel to a destination because of what they saw in a movie or TV show,* Booking.com is sharing three stunning stays inspired by the filming locations.

Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa

Stay in the heart of all the action at Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa. Fans of the show will instantly recognise this hotel as it was used as the exterior shots of a notable family's household. Regarded as one of the UK's greatest examples of Georgian architecture, this sumptuous stay also features an award-winning restaurant and cocktail bar fit for high-society.

Its rooms reflect an 18th-century style décor, with luxury bedding and paintings from period artists. Visitors should also try the nearby Georgian and Victorian Era Bath Audio Tour, perfect for brushing up on historical knowledge whilst enjoying famous historical attractions such as the Jane Austen Museum and Victoria Art Gallery.

Hotel The Bird

Surrounded by the idyllic countryside, Hotel The Bird Bath is an elegant townhouse overlooking the city's Recreation Ground and is near historic attractions such as the famous Roman Baths. While the exterior has a historic feel, the interior is filled with bright and quirky décor and furniture. Guests are treated to an on-site restaurant which offers traditional British dishes with fresh produce.

For fans of the hit TV series, explore the locations featured in the series on the Bridgerton Walking Tour of Bath. Along the route, whilst listening to familiar music and sounds of the series, you can marvel at the homes of main characters and venues where the balls and parties were set

Price & Weeks – Heart of Bath

Price & Weeks – Heart of Bath is a well-equipped holiday home, featuring pretty pastel colours that resemble the city’s honey-coloured streets made from Bath stone. Situated on a tranquil street overlooking a leafy churchyard, it's just a short stroll away from the iconic city centre. The Holburne Museum of Art, a grand pillared building which stars as one of the leading Lady's estate from the show, is also a short walk away from the property.
