Sue D'Emic
As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Sue D'Emic leads Booking.com’s finance functions globally, overseeing the financial health and strategy for one of the world’s largest digital travel e-commerce companies.
Sue also serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Booking Holdings - the parent company of Booking.com and other digital brands - a position she had held since May 2019. In this role, she oversees Booking Holdings' Tax, Procurement, External Reporting and Corporate Accounting teams.
Prior to her current positions, Sue served as the Chief Financial Officer of Time Inc. During her time there, she helped the organization spinout from Time Warner, acquire additional media assets, and ultimately sell the company to Meredith Corporation.
Throughout her career she has spent time in several industries including media, telecomm, and various fast-moving consumer goods firms, having started her career in Public Accounting at KPMG. Sue has a proven track record of driving successful Finance and organizational transformations, including end-to-end ERP implementations and building out new functions like Procurement.
Sue is a CPA, lives in Ossining, NY and attained a bachelor's degree in accounting at Binghamton University.
