Nominate Your #BookingHero for a Chance to Win €25k to Spend on Booking.com

Booking.com celebrates incredible guest experiences with global social media competition to honour the unsung heroes that make travel magic happen every day

Think back to your most unforgettable travel memories. Remember the hotel employee that helped you organise a last-minute proposal on the beach so that you could pop the question in paradise? What about the apartment owner that drove you to the airport herself when your taxi didn’t show up so that you didn’t miss your flight? What do these special moments have in common? Someone went out of their way to make or save your trip and now we want to hear all about it. Tell us about the incredible concierge or the uber-thoughtful owner that transformed your Booking.com stay into something remarkable and you could be eligible for a chance to win €25,000 to spend on Booking.com.

To nominate your Booking Hero and enter the competition, you simply need to share your story on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and use the #BookingHero hashtag, remembering to tag @bookingcom. Include the name of the property on Booking.com, the Hero’s position at the property and a description of why you’re nominating them.

Booking.com will choose the three most exceptional stories of hospitality professionals going above and beyond the call of duty to create extraordinary experiences for their guests. One lucky Hero and the customer who nominated them will each win €25,000 to spend on Booking.com, with the two runners-up and their nominating customers each winning €5,000 in Booking.com travel credit.

“Behind every phenomenal travel experience is a hospitality professional that takes tremendous pride in creating special moments for their guests,” said Gillian Tans, CEO of Booking.com. “We want to share these amazing stories with the world and join our customers in saying thank you to the millions of Booking Heroes around the world who make a difference for travellers each and every day.”

Booking.com is accepting nominations for the #BookingHero competition on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter until 30 November, 2017, with winners being announced in January 2018.
